My stove is mostly for decoration. I’m very big on foods that can be eaten with as little preparation as possible. Left to my own devices I’m strictly a cracker, sardine & cheese man.
Geo. I just thought I’d mention (he’s asked me to let his blogging mates know) that the old man – my dad, Mike Steeden – took a bit of a tumble a week ago in France – head butted a granite stone floor in a freak accident. He’s an almost walking wreck so his return to blogging is delayed for a bit longer. He’ll be OK. Presently he is demanding of dear mother she gets him a pirates eye patch and a walking stick with a certain panache.
Wow! Let Mr. Steed know that he is in my thoughts & that I wish him a speedy recovery! I’m all for pirate eye patches, so it can only add to his mystique (& by mystique I mean his strong resemblance to the X-man).
