Tis true that timepieces have high expectations of their owners. My carriage clock often presses me to harness up the horses, stow luggage on the roof, and sit up front with a whip while it goes round collecting passengers. I don’t even have a license!

Good point, Silk Purse. I’ve always said we should nix all time pieces and go back to the hourglass and the Incense stick system. They were dependable and one made the room smell like sandlewood.
