I was at the museum,
–minding my own
business. Enjoying
some art

When I noticed that
the eyes of this one
painting seemed to
follow me around the room,
***
Where-ever I went, so
did the eyes! And I
began to feel a little
self-conscious.
***
And I wondered,
“Do I know this piece of art?”
***
So I moved to confront
the art piece. But, as I
got closer it began make
sense; as it was a
portrait of a museum
security guard.
***
So I nodded, and moved
on to the next exhibit.
***
“Sir,” as said as I passed,

the ‘portrait of kitty’ followed me home … may I hang it … for Zander Klaus?!?
