When I am at
a restaurant,
I don’t want
the waiter to
tell me the
soup of the day,
I want him to
tell me the
soup of to-morrow,
so, I
can invest,
accordingly.

You can’t simply rely on your gut feelings? Or maybe buy a souper accurate Ouija board?

I’m partial to Anderson’s pea soup (because they have the best rest-stop/restaurant when heading North on the 5, back home. But chicken soup will always be your best bet. Thanks, MM

But do you eat the soup of today? That would be a kind of ragout roulette.
Unless, of course, you were in yesterday and already know what you are getting today. But then what if you miss a day? Or just had the sandwich of the day yesterday?
My brain is starting to hurt.

Yes, of course, I eat the soup of to-day but I eat it the day before. Thanks, B.

Now that your secret is out, George, successful investors on a diet may substitute the soup du jour for the arugula and walnut salad, but so far only at Warren’s Buffet & Soup Kitchen outlets.

Good point, E Sum. But I was thinking of going from soup to nuts, anyway.
