Indeed, I would also add that some molecules (or you want to go further to atomic level you can say some atoms) in our bodies come from those people or even ancient living or nonliving beings from the past till today as well. We exchange O2 with other beings (not just human but other things) today even. We are all connected or are composed of the same basic elements that have been around..
