According to J.R.R Tolkien, the ENTS he SENT to the Rings of Isengard were SENTIENT.
(If I’m barking up the wrong tree with this aside, please let me know!)
My ability to “like” stuff on WordPress seems to have disappeared. The button up next to “reblog” button. Hmm……………..
Meanwhile, I can only imagine what my books would say about me. Hopefully there would be equal parts criticism with praise, lol
Hey, Seliza, I decided to remove the like button. I did it for a number of reasons, but the page looks better without it, so we’ll leave it at that. I think my books, more or less, appreciate that I take care of them, as I am just a temporary steward.
Oh, that’s good to know! I thought there was some kind of maintenance I needed to do or something, lol.
Same here, with books, but I think some would be more jealous of others because I read a few of them over and over and over again, hehe.
If it could be a John D MacDonald or Ross MacDonald, I like that
I think I have the pic figured out. Or maybe Im over thinking. It’s the angle that has me.
That has been on my mind, lately. If this were not a blog but a book, what would be the cover? Idk. I figure those that want to still read it will read it, and those that do not, should no longer feel like they need to. I am hoping, too, that it will free any restrictions I have on myself to always follow the same path.
You’ve written a book?

Hey, Sadje. No, I can’t say that I have.

This is an interesting backwards-sort-of interpretation. :) As a former indexer (yes, there is such a thing!) I appreciate this perspective.

That sounds like a great job, especially if it was in a subject that you were interested in. Thanks for reading, LuAnne.

Yes but the angle of the pic was totally throwing me. I got it now fella.

My books would be judging me, too, and rightly so.

You could always design your own cover.
I noticed that you have removed the like button, I have also concidered doing it, we well see how it goes.

I’ve been pondering this one for several weeks now, tref. Conclusion: Don’t hang out with sentient books if they are so quite to judge.

They say, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” Would you agree? I agree.
